My father became a resident in September 2021. I have visited him almost every day since that time. The room is a comfortable living space with a big window that brings in lots of light. The staff are very friendly and treat my father with kindness and patience. I really appreciate the care he is receiving. He likes to go outside and there's lots of covered patio for him to stay nice dry when it rains. I appreciate the smallness of the facility because it allows me to get to know the staff. Thank you for taking care of him.

This is by far the best property we looked at for Dad. Astrol and her staff could not be more helpful. Their property has a very homey feel, private rooms, and excellent care. Easy access to I-5 both directions.

My husband is enjoying this smaller community of 14 residents, caring staff and great food. He has a nice size space (room with private toilet and sink) and a walk-in shower just steps from his front door, across the hall.He has great view for bird watching and wonderfully pretty surroundings in the common kitchen, dining and living room areas.The newness of this pretty building and quiet residential care facility are not just enjoyable for residents and staff, but also for families. It lets you know that your loved ones' needs are being met every day. I have met two owners, senior staff, med techs and caregivers, both seasoned and new staff and everyone is capable and helpful. We had two minor, yet urgent issues the first couple days and they were so fast to take care of the matter, it was hardly an issue at all.The facility has a owner/RN in charge of all med tech care staff, no matter what the residents pharmacy and physical needs maybe, they are all skilled and patient care providers. I am working to bring a fun exercise activity to the daily routine.In addition to helping our family out with a safe and secure facility for my husband, they are saving us a huge amount of money each month, that too is a blessing. I would recommend Barbur Vista RCF to anyone looking for a great place for mom or dad
